Public premises

Aldamar - Locales de pública concurrencia

Low voltage

Public premises are all those establishments attended by people outside the company, or in other words, who are not its workers or individuals who may have headquarters there; such as hospitals, restaurants, town halls, hotels, garages, nightclubs, cinemas, etc.

Since the entry into force of the Electrotechnical Regulation for low voltage, it is mandatory to carry out both initial and periodic technical inspections.

• Initials: mandatory and valid for 5 years from the date of the inspection.
• Periodic: they must be carried out every 5 years.

In the event that the installations are prior to the date of entry into force of the Electrotechnical Regulation for low voltage, they must also comply with the inspection and validity deadlines thereof, but they will be inspected according to the regulations under which they were executed.
